An airport never stops. Shifts change at midnight and flights land before dawn. Sawkoop Restaurant was built around that rhythm.
Our kitchen is open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Whenever you arrive you will find hot food: at three in the morning or at the end of a dawn shift. For someone working at the airport, that means the one proper meal of the day.
The same holds for travellers. If there are hours until your flight or a delay has left you in the terminal, there is a place to sit down for an affordable, filling meal.
We are at two separate points of the airport: Apron Branch right next to the ground crews, Main Branch open to everyone arriving at the terminal. The same kitchen works in both.
